About Us
Out of Eden Garden Center was started August 21, 1999. Gary,
who was raised as a farmer in Ohio, decided to leave the
family farm and move to Maryville, Tennessee.
A farmer with a business degree does not
have a lot of job options so he decided to buy a small
garden center. Gary thought that way he could still "scratch
in the dirt".
His wife Julie joined him in the venture and
Out of Eden was created. Out of Eden is a retail garden
center and design/build company. Providing only quality
plants and service has always been our goal.
